BOBBY

Poor Bobby, our celebrity dog featured in the press as our longest inmate, is back !! He went to a lovely home but fell madly in love with his new mum to such an extent that he couldn't bear to be parted from her. This was completely new behaviour for him. This boy is a mystery in a puzzle in an enigma but we are determined to find him the right home. He now has an updated profile: he doesn't now appear to have a problem with men;he's happy for joggers /cyclists to go past no problem; He's fine meeting other dogs out and about ; He doesn't like cats or pigeons . He only pulls on the lead for the first few minutes then walks nicely. He needs to be away from livestock and he would need careful/controlled introductions to visitors. If he bonds with his next person to the same extent they will need to gradually lengthen the time they are away from him- when left he can be very vocal so no near neighbours or else ones that are deaf!! Are you his special person ???
TINY

This lad is now ready to start looking for his special home. Tiny is about 20 months old and is a big strong lad. He will need a home familiar with Malinois and their ways.We all adore him here as he has an amazing nature. He loves to play ball.He does show an interest in cars but is easily distracted but this does need more work. He will need someone strong enough to hold him as he can pull on the lead to start with.He has been fine with all the dogs here - he could live with another female dog of a similar size. He can rip his bedding when he gets over excited - again he just wants a job to do or a home where he could join in. He would not be suitable to go with young children as he is just too strong and unaware of his own size.We really want the best for this lad as he is amazing and so deserves a home of his own .
YOUNG COLLIES

We have quite a few young collies ( 1-3 years old) that are either under assessment / waiting to be or recovering from neutering that will be ready soon. These are all young dogs that have not seen much of life so are quite nervous. We are looking for rural collie experienced homes with people that have the time and patience to give to these fur babies. Most would probably benefit from a confident friendly dog already in the home. Please fill in an adoptio application form if you think you are the right home for one of these sad souls.
LOLA

Hello I'm Lola - Donna says I'm a sweetheart !! I'm lovely with people if a bit shy to start with.We think I have had some basic training but probably failed to make the grade as working sheepdog.I'm looking for a collie experienced home in a rural location with someone who can continue my training.I can bit a bit mischeievous in a cheeky way once I know you but thats part of my charm !!I can get excited if I 'm on the lead and other dogs are running around but am fine if introduced nicely.I'm about 4 years old neutered and have started my vaccinations . I'd love a nice home with lots of cuddles.
ZOE Meet and Greet Booked

Hi I'm a jack Russell Cross about 2 years old . I 'm quite shy of new people although improving every day.Once I know you I like nothing more than a good fuss. I would thrive in a quiet home with a nice lady owner. I'm now enjoying my lead walks I'm fine meeting dogs out and about but would prefer to be an only dog. I think I look quite stunning in this pic so hopefully someone out there has a jack russell size space in their hearts.
BASIL

Hi There I 'm Basil I 'm a saluki x greyhound about 3-4 years old - a big lad and georgous with it. I do walk quite nicely on the lead but as a hound can be strong if a bunny dashes past !! I 've been going out for walks here with the other dogs and it's been fine.I could live with a female dog of a similar size pending a succesful meet and greet. I can be a little shy to start with but once I know you i'm very affectionate. I travel well. As I 'm a hound I'd prefer not to live with pet bunnies /cats I 'm neutered and have started my vaccinations.
TEX

Hello I'm Tex a neutered jrt boy about 2 years old.I'm very shy of new people but a typical jrt once I know you.I travel fine. I'd do best in a quiet home perhaps with a single lady.
BERT
Hello I'm Bert a 6 month old gsd x Dont ask what I 'm crossed with - Donna thinks a camel from the size of my paws !! - how rude!!I adore people and am a cheeky boy.I'm very gsd in nature so someone used to the breed would be great.I can jump up when i get excited so probably best in a home with no small children. I ve started my vaccinations but am too young to be neutered yet. I am incredibly cute and although it s ok here I 'd really like a home of my own.
PS I don't like cats !!
