Dogs for Adoption

Hello I'm Hope I'm a 4 year old border collie, neutered, vaccinated and ID chipped. I'm a friendly girl and am really hoping there's a home out there for me . Ideally, I need semi rural as I can eye up sheep. I'd like to be away from a busy road and in an adult-only home. I've shared walks here with other dogs so could potentially live with another dog. I'm not asking too much am I ?

Hello Stout here. I came in described as a collie but there might be a little something else in me. Im about 3-4 years old and very affectionate. I'm very relaxed in a crate and just go to sleep! I'm fine with non -reactive dogs but will respond if provoked. I can be strong on the lead but just need a bit more help with my training. Please fill in a form and pop along to say hi !

Hello Deago here. I'm a 2-3 year old, neutered, male N Z Huntaway ( but not as vocal as you might think). I'm a happy chappie and fine out walking with my other doggy friends. This is me eating my Christmas dinner here - it was very nice but I 'm more than ready for my new home now. I'm hoping for an active home in a rural area . Because my past is unkown, I'd be best to avoid a home with children under 12 years old. Please, please fill in a form and come and meet me :) it will be love at first sight. Betsy is with another rescue we are trying to help out- she is a typical foxhound so can be vocal but shes a sweet 6 year old girl bursting with energy always ready for an adventure- she loves long walks up mountains sniffing the fresh air she thrives on cuddles and has a pechant for chicken nuggets ! She would be fine in a home with older children and savvy cats. She has been tested around livestock : horses,cattle & sheep and is fine. She would make a fabulous family dog.

Hello I m Bobby born in 2021 I 'm id chipped vaccinated and neutered. I am an affectionate boy but i do have a fear of tall men ! So a lady owner or a tall man with patience to help me over my fear would be great. I d really like to be an only dog in an adult home - a town location would suit me as I do eye up livestock .

We told him for a wish to come true you had to close your eyes and wish hard so he s trying it - will it work for him ??

Hi I'm a mali x boy I m here with my brother :Dec :We are looking for separate homes. No idea what we are crossed with but we are not as "full on" as pure malis.We are looking for active homes with someone used to dogs like us. We would excel at something like tracking or man trailing We are food/toy motivated. We can be a bit barky at new things but improved exposure will help us with that. We were born October 2025 fully vaccinated and id chipped but too young for the snip yet. We are really excited at starting our new lives :)
